Years ago, I embarked on a personal journey to heal from stress and anxiety, which led me to explore aromatherapy. The moment I discovered how essential oils could shift my mood and promote relaxation was life-changing. Fueled by this passion, I pursued formal training in aromatherapy and herbalism, honing my skills along the way. Little Fox Apothecary was born out of a desire to share these powerful tools with the community.
