Our Story

The journey of Katlyn O'Reilly Acupuncture began on a rainy Squamish evening, as I sat on my porch contemplating the myriad of approaches I had tried to alleviate my chronic pain. Each attempt left me feeling frustrated and disheartened until I discovered acupuncture. The moment I felt that first wave of relief wash over me, something clicked. This ancient practice felt like a hug for my nervous system and opened my eyes to the profound interconnectedness between mind and body. Motivated by my personal transformation, I pursued my studies in traditional Chinese medicine, driven not only to heal myself but to help others navigate their own paths to wellness. Every treatment I provide is infused with that same passion and dedication. I find joy in creating a nurturing environment for my clients, where they can reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the peace often lost in the hustle of daily life. My goal is to create a healing space that welcomes everyone in our beautiful Squamish community.
