Dr. Terrie Van Alstyne's journey into naturopathic medicine was deeply personal. After facing a health crisis in her early twenties, she discovered the transformative power of natural remedies and holistic approaches, which ignited her passion for pursuing naturopathy. This epiphany led her from a conventional path into a world where she could help others reclaim their health through a natural, lifestyle-centered approach. Each story of recovery she witnessed only fueled her commitment to helping her clients navigate their own unique health challenges. In opening Core Healing, she envisioned a retreat-style practice in Squamish, BC, where individuals could embrace a multifaceted approach to well-being amid the allure of nature, fostering a sense of community and healing that mirrors her personal journey.
