My journey towards health and wellness began years ago, in a personal quest to manage chronic pain that limited my daily activities. This fueled my passion for a more integrative approach—an understanding that the body, mind, and nutrition are interconnected. I pursued studies in osteopathy, energy medicine, and nutrition, blending these disciplines to create a practice that reflects my belief in treating the whole person. Establishing Core Potentials was inspired by the desire to guide others through their unique struggles, utilizing the modalities that aided my healing journey.
