The inception of alive Academy stems from my own struggles with nutrition and wellness. Growing up in a food-centric family, I found myself lost in conflicting dietary messages, often overwhelmed and confused about what 'healthy' truly meant. This personal journey ignited my passion for nutrition counseling. I started to understand that effective nutritional guidance must resonate with individual lifestyles and emotions. This realization fueled the creation of alive Academy in Richmond, BC, where we embrace each client’s unique journey. Our mission is not just about imparting knowledge but fostering an environment where transformation can thrive. I wanted to create a space in Richmond that feels welcoming and emotionally safe — a place where individuals can openly discuss their food relationships without fear of judgment.
