My journey into naturopathic medicine began rather unexpectedly. Growing up, I was always intrigued by the healing powers of nature and its ability to nurture both body and spirit. However, it was my own health experiences that ignited my passion for this field. After grappling with chronic health issues, I turned to naturopathy as a last resort and was astounded by the transformation in my own life. This pivotal moment led me to pursue training as a licensed naturopathic doctor, driven by a desire to help others navigate their own healing journeys. Richmond, with its dynamic community and cultural richness, has become the ideal backdrop for my practice. Here, I strive to empower individuals to reclaim their health through a blend of traditional and evidence-based approaches.
