The inception of Positive Enlightenment by Ameenah RTT, CCHt is a narrative of personal transformation. My journey began years ago, spurred by my own challenges. I faced anxiety and confusion, feeling like I was navigating a foggy road without a clear destination. Traditional methods weren't enough for me; I needed something deeper. This quest led me to discover RTT, a process so empowering that it ignited a passion to share its magic with others. I saw how profound these methods could be, lifting the veil of self-doubt and lighting the way towards self-acceptance and love. It is this personal experience that fuels my practice every day.
