No. The clinic does not direct bill extended health benefits, including ICBC and WCB claims. It can still accept most ICBC and WCB claims with full payment up front, and you can give your receipt to your adjustor for reimbursement.
Q2:What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, or not showing up, means being charged the full amount. If you are cancelling because you are sick, tell your RMT by 9am on the day of the appointment and the fee is waived. After 9am, 50% of the fee is required, and if the treatment is cancelled an hour before it starts, the full amount is required.
Q3:How can I pay?
The clinic accepts credit cards, cash, cheques and e-transfers.
Q4:What is included in each treatment?
Each treatment includes intake, billing, assessment, the treatment itself and home care with a personal treatment plan.
Q5:Are masks required?
Masks are optional with all therapists. If you would like to wear one, or would like your therapist to wear one, tell them when you arrive. The clinic keeps some on hand and asks people who are sick or have allergies to wear one.
