My journey into nutrition counseling began not in a classroom but in the kitchen, surrounded by family gatherings filled with vibrant dishes and homemade delights. Growing up in Nanaimo, BC, I watched how food could bring people together, fueling lively conversations and heartfelt connections. This prompted me to pursue formal education in nutrition, but it’s the genuine interactions with clients that fuel my passion today.
