Our Story

I established Neota Hypnotherapy in Nanaimo after realizing how profoundly hypnotherapy impacted my own life. Years ago, I faced challenges that seemed insurmountable—stress and self-doubt that colored my everyday existence. Through hypnotherapy, I discovered not just relief, but a pathway to genuine self-exploration and healing. Inspired by this journey, I dedicated myself to mastering the art of hypnotherapy, becoming passionate about aiding others in uncovering their potential. Seeing my clients’ transformations, from overcoming anxiety to gaining the courage to pursue their dreams, fuels my commitment to this work.
