The journey to establishing Harbour City Healers began with my own battle against chronic stress and its lingering effects on my health. Years spent exploring various healing modalities led me to acupuncture, which profoundly transformed my life. Witnessing firsthand its incredible capacity to not only alleviate physical pain but also foster emotional well-being inspired me to share this knowledge with others. I wanted to create a space in Nanaimo that felt safe and empowering, where patients could explore their wellness paths without judgment. As I opened the clinic, my commitment wasn’t merely to treat symptoms but to engage with each person’s unique story and health journey. This approach has fostered an authentic connection between myself and the community here, where healing feels restorative and revitalizing rather than clinical.
