Our Story
Dr. Sarah Sjovold opened Livstil Wellness in Langley in 2020 after more than 15 years of clinical experience across Hope, Langley, and Fort Langley, including work alongside respected naturopathic physicians and nutritional consultation for cancer care patients. Her vision is integrative lifestyle medicine that fosters long-term wellness.
