Landmark Wellness was born from a personal journey of healing. When I first relocated to Kelowna, I was struck by the natural beauty and warmth of the people here, but I also saw a need for more accessible wellness solutions tailored to our unique community. After exploring various holistic practices myself, I realized the positive impact of integrative wellness firsthand. It ignited a passion in me to share these transformative experiences with others.
