Our Story
My passion for pelvic health physiotherapy began during the final year of my physiotherapy training at Queen's University in 2005. My training has included extensive post-graduate clinical courses specific to pelvic and musculoskeletal health, plus a Master's degree and PhD focusing on pelvic floor muscle activation and sensory awareness in women with stress urinary incontinence.
My dream was always to open a pelvic health clinic and create a space where patients could feel safe, understood, and comfortable. In 2017, I established Kingston Pelvic Health, Kingston's first exclusive pelvic health clinic. My family and I moved to Kelowna during the pandemic, and Kelowna Pelvic Health opened its doors on February 1, 2024.
My world revolves around my family and children. We love the outdoors—mountain biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing in the backyard. I feel blessed to live in this beautiful valley and look forward to making a difference one patient at a time.
