Growing up in a family where food was synonymous with love, I developed a genuine passion for nutrition early on. My journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian blossomed from my desire to help others experience the joy that a healthy relationship with food can bring. I remember the day a family friend's struggles with weight and health opened my eyes to the powerful role nutrition plays in our lives. That's when I decided to turn my enthusiasm for food into a career.
