The inspiration behind Kelowna Mental Health & Substance Use came from a personal place—a journey marked by observing loved ones battling mental health challenges. Growing up in a community where the conversation around mental health was often hushed, I realized the need for a space where openness flourished. My academic background in psychology and years spent volunteering in outreach programs deepened my resolve to create a clinic that prioritized compassion and understanding. Seeing firsthand the transformative impact of accessible mental health care fueled my passion. Each client who walks through our door brings a unique story, and it is my honor to guide them towards healing. Today, I proudly offer a space for growth and connection, all while fostering a culture of acceptance and strength in Kelowna.
