Our Story

The inception of Carla Dawes - Conscious Creation Workshops & Retreats arose from a deeply personal experience. I found myself at a crossroads in life, burdened by stress and disconnection. The transformative power of mindfulness changed everything for me. I discovered that through conscious creation, we can shape our lives and achieve unprecedented clarity and purpose. This belief is what drives my work. I wanted to offer others a safe haven, a space in Kelowna, BC, where they could explore their inner landscapes without judgment. Each workshop I create is inspired by my own journey—an intertwining of challenges, insights, and revelations. It brings me joy to witness others experiencing their breakthroughs, uncovering their unique paths. My mission is not just to teach mindfulness but to ignite a movement of conscious creators.
