The inspiration for The Habit Ayurveda blossomed from my own health struggles nearly fifteen years ago. I was caught in a whirlwind of stress and fatigue, searching for relief in the conventional systems that often felt impersonal and disconnected. A serendipitous encounter with an Ayurvedic practitioner opened my eyes to a world where wellness is tailored to the individual. It was this journey, beginning from my own healing process, that ignited my passion for Ayurveda. Years spent studying in India, deepening my practice, and understanding the intricate balance of body and mind cemented my desire to share this knowledge with others. The Habit Ayurveda was born from a vision—to create a space where healing is not just about treating symptoms, but about understanding and nurturing the whole self.
