Rates, GST included, are $102 for 45 minutes, $136 for 60 minutes, $168.50 for 75 minutes and $201 for 90 minutes. The Jane booking page notes these rates took effect March 1, 2026.
She currently bills more than 30 insurers directly, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Alberta Blue Cross, Desjardins and TELUS AdjudiCare. You are responsible for any portion not covered. Direct billing is offered as a courtesy, and if she cannot bill an insurer, full payment is due at the time of treatment and receipts can be submitted for reimbursement. She does not bill Worksafe or ICBC.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone or text at 250-682-1428, or by e-mail at erin@efrmt.ca. The site asks new patients to contact Erin by e-mail, text or phone before booking, to make sure she can accommodate them.

Erin says nervous system regulation is central to her practice and that every treatment is designed to be relaxing. She does not follow a "No Pain, No Gain" approach.
