Our Story

My arrival in Ayurveda was a serendipitous journey fueled by a quest for deeper understanding of health and wellbeing. After enduring years of stress and feeling unwell, I sought answers in India, where I discovered the profound teachings of Ayurveda. I was struck by how this ancient wisdom harmonizes physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Returning to Coquitlam, I felt a calling to share these insights with others experiencing similar struggles. Establishing Ayurveda Seminars & Consulting was motivated by a desire to serve my community, creating a welcoming environment where individuals could learn and grow. The narratives of my clients inspire me daily. Each transformation reinforces my belief that the body, with the right guidance and resources, can restore balance and vitality.
