Chokdee Wellness was born out of a passion for holistic health and a desire to create a comforting space for healing. After years of exploring various cultures and treatments, I realized the powerful impact of touch and mindfulness in promoting well-being. My journey began in Thailand, where I trained in ancient techniques that emphasized balance and harmony. Upon moving to Burnaby, I saw a vibrant community eager for genuine wellness options. This inspired me to create Chokdee Wellness, a place where I could weave together time-honored practices with modern therapy approaches. Each visitor’s story shapes my practice, and I draw upon their unique needs to provide support that resonates with their individual wellness goals. It’s fulfilling to witness transformations, whether through pain relief or relaxation, knowing I contribute positively to someone’s life.
