Our Story

The inspiration behind Mediworks Integrative Wellness Centre arose from my own health struggles and the realization that true wellness encompasses much more than just treating symptoms. A few years ago, I faced a challenging health crisis that thrust me into the world of integrative medicine. During my recovery, I met incredible practitioners who guided me toward healing through a blend of traditional and holistic methods. Their compassion and knowledge ignited a flame in me, driving me to learn and eventually establish my own centre in Burnaby, BC. Every day in this space, I strive to offer what I wished I could have found—an inclusive environment where individuals can explore wellness without judgment. It’s about creating community and reminding people that their health is a journey and not just a destination.
