Our Story

My journey into integrative health began on the basketball courts of my youth, where I experienced firsthand the importance of recovery and rehabilitation. Struggling with my own injuries, I became fascinated by how various modalities, from physiotherapy to holistic practices, could aid healing. This ignited a passion in me to understand the body beyond just its physical form. I envisioned a space where clients could experience healing that honors not just the body but also their mental and emotional well-being. Starting Integrative Rehab | Burnaby allowed me to create just that—a sanctuary where traditional methods coexist with innovative therapies. Each client brings a piece of their story into my practice, and that connection drives my dedication to ensuring their healing journey is as unique as they are. I find joy in facilitating a transformative experience, seeing people reclaim their lives and health is what fuels my daily passion.
