Yelverton Brook is a family-owned private conservation and wildlife sanctuary on 100 acres in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Joy and Simon Ensor have welcomed guests here since 1992, offering peaceful self-contained Jarrah, Sheoak, and Peppermint lodges plus Fern and Banksia one-bedroom studios surrounded by jarrah and peppermint bushland.
The focus is what makes the sanctuary special: close encounters with Australian native wildlife, privacy, walk trails through the bush, and a quiet base from which to explore Margaret River — without a traditional resort-style stay. Kangaroos, possums, woylies, bandicoots, and rich birdlife visit the patios and lawns. Hosts provide wildlife feed and guidance so guests can reconnect with nature without leaving the property.
