My path into psychology followed a decade-long career in financial consultancy, giving me a unique lens through which I understand the psychological impact of high-pressure environments, workplace stress, and burnout. In my clinical practice, I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, identity-related challenges, relationship issues, career-related challenges and issues around self-esteem.
