Our Story

The journey to opening Elements Health - On First began with a deeply personal experience. Growing up, I watched my family grapple with conventional treatments that often felt inadequate. My own health struggles steered me towards homeopathy, and it transformed my life. I was fascinated by the idea that each individual is unique, and so should be their healing process. After years of study and practice, I wanted to create a space where others could explore alternative wellness paths without judgment. Spruce Grove was home, and it felt right to offer this kind of healing in a community that values connection and nature. When clients walk through my doors, I see them as partners in this journey. Together, we work towards balance and vitality, and that’s what drives me every single day.
