Our Story

The motivation for establishing her clinic sprang from a deeply personal experience; witnessing a loved one endure the side effects of conventional medicine left Dr. Rist determined to seek a better path. After extensive training in naturopathic practices and herbal medicine, Dr. Rist found her true calling. It was clear she didn’t want people to simply manage symptoms; she aimed to inspire lasting change. By creating a space where natural healing is not only respected but celebrated, she invites each individual to embark on a unique journey.
