What is hot yoga? Hot yoga is a yoga class practiced in a heated room, typically between 95–105°F (35–40°C). The heat helps warm the muscles, increase flexibility, and encourage detoxification through sweat while you move through a series of poses and breathing exercises.

Do I need to pre-register for my class? We recommend booking ahead to reserve your spot in class, this also helps with your personal accountability. You can book online through our website, although most clients prefer using our YogaNation App. We also welcome drop ins if you do not get a chance to pre-register.
