The journey to founding Sacred Mountain Wellness Studio began over a decade ago, with my own struggle to find balance amid personal and professional chaos. After years of exploring various healing modalities—from Reiki to aromatherapy—I realized that wellness is a deeply personal experience, one that deserves a nurturing environment. Thus, Sacred Mountain was born from the desire to create a space where individuals could connect with their own healing paths. The studio is influenced by my Native heritage, embodying a spirit of respect for nature's wisdom. Every plant, rock, and sound in the studio is chosen with intention to foster a feeling of home. I have witnessed countless transformations in clients who discover the power of self-care in their lives, and it's this passion that fuels my daily commitment.
