Frequently Asked Questions

Q1:How do I find out what a treatment costs?

Prices for each treatment are shown on the online booking page. Choose Book Now, pick a practitioner and the prices appear for each treatment. All prices include GST.

Q2:Do you direct bill insurance?

The clinic direct bills most insurance companies. For manual osteopathy, direct billing is available only for Green Shield, SSQ, Sun Life and Co-operators, and otherwise you pay at the appointment and submit your receipt to your plan. Missed appointments cannot be direct billed.

Q3:What is the cancellation policy?

The clinic asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Without it, a fee of $31.50 applies, or $61.95 for 90 or 120 minute treatments. A no-show is charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Q4:How early should I arrive?

First time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. Repeat clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early. A late arrival may shorten the treatment while the full amount is still charged.

Q5:Can children be treated?

Yes. The therapists are trained to work with children. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs a consent form and is encouraged to sit in on the treatment.

Q6:How do I book a couples massage?
