Our Story

The journey of Golden Circle Senior Resource Centre began with a simple idea: create a space where seniors could gather, share stories, and support one another. Seeing my own grandparents struggle with isolation and health challenges, I was inspired to make a difference. This vision took root as I collaborated with health professionals and community members. We wanted to design a program that addressed not just physical wellness, but emotional and social needs too. Each class we offer is infused with this ethos, whether it’s our arts and crafts sessions or mindfulness meditation circles. We focus on what we do best: creating an inclusive environment where seniors can express themselves while improving their health. This mission drives me every day, fueling my passion for supporting our community and ensuring that every senior knows they are valued and appreciated.
