My journey into hypnotherapy began not in a traditional clinic, but in my own pursuits of inner peace and understanding. For years, I struggled with stress and self-doubt, seeking answers in the pages of books and the depths of meditation. It was during a particularly transformative workshop that I realized the immense potential hypnosis has to change lives. Inspired, I dedicated myself to this practice, immersing in training that allowed me to turn my passion into a vocation.
