The inspiration behind Luciak Counselling was sparked by my own experiences with mental health as a young adult. I realized that traditional methods alone didn’t resonate with everyone; many needed a more personal touch, an approach that feels truly individualized. After extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, I found my niche in holistic counseling, which harmonizes head and heart. This journey led me to establish my practice in Red Deer, AB, to serve the diverse community around me. I’m driven by a profound belief that everyone possesses inherent wisdom and the ability to heal. My journey has not only informed my professional practice but has also made me deeply empathetic to the struggles of my clients.
