My journey into the world of counseling began with a simple desire to help others find their voices. Growing up in Medicine Hat, I witnessed the struggle many faces when confronting their emotional landscapes. After pursuing formal education in counseling, I returned to my hometown with a mission: to create a judgment-free zone where meaningful conversations could occur. The spark came during a particularly profound session with a client grappling with deep-seated anxiety. Their transformation from fear to empowerment opened my eyes to the limitless potential of holistic counseling. Each day at Insight Counselling Services reinforces my conviction: that everyone carries the strength to rewrite their stories.
