Founded in 2020 by Shonna Lamb, E-RYT500, Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge emerged from the desire to create connection and community during challenging times. The studio aims to plant compassionate and well-trained teachers in Lethbridge, enhancing the local wellness landscape. Since 2015, they have prioritized accessibility, operating on a sliding scale for their community classes.
