RTJ Wellness was born from my own journey toward holistic healing. A few years back, I faced debilitating stress that seemed insurmountable. Traditional methods offered temporary relief, but I yearned for something deeper. Through trials and exploration, I discovered the incredible intersection of body, mind, and spirit. I felt compelled to share this wisdom with others. Lethbridge is my home, and I wanted to create a safe space where others could explore their own wellness journeys. Every treatment at RTJ Wellness reflects my dedication to that vision.
