Every great endeavor starts with a personal story. My journey into the healing arts began in my own world of rehabilitation after a sports injury sidelined my competitive career. It was through occupational therapy that I rediscovered my passion for movement and the transformative power of wellness. With each session I attended, I realized the profound impact that tailored therapy could have on someone’s life. This inspired me to pursue a career where I could immerse myself in this healing journey. I opened New Heights Occupational Therapy and Wellness, fueled by the belief that wellness is holistic. Through this business, I aim to empower clients not just to heal but to thrive. My practice encompasses the physical, emotional, and motivational elements of wellness, reflecting my personal belief that every individual can ascend to new heights.
