Years ago, I found myself caught in the whirlwind of life, feeling disconnected and depleted. During a transformative trip to China, I stumbled upon Qigong—an ancient practice that opened my eyes to the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. It was there, under the lush canopies of trees and the guidance of gentle masters, that I realized my calling was to share these teachings. Returning to Lethbridge, I set out to create a space where others could experience this powerful art of self-healing. What started as a small gathering of friends has blossomed into SIX08 Health, where my passion fuels the drive to help others reconnect with their inner balance. Every class is more than a schedule; it’s a community, a circle of support, and a journey into wellness. I take immense joy in witnessing transformations, not just in body movement but in the radiant smiles and serene spirits of our participants.
