The journey to creating Wellness Place Nutrition Club arose from my own battle with health and nutrition. Years ago, I faced challenges that made me realize just how powerful the right food can be in transforming one's life. With a desire to empower others with the same knowledge, I dove deep into the field of nutrition. Every client that walks through my door reminds me of that pivotal moment in my life—the moment I discovered the healing power of a balanced diet. Here, it’s not just about what you eat, but about understanding the emotional connections we have with food. My passion has always been to share this knowledge, fostering lasting relationships that inspire confidence and change. Since opening this club, I have cherished every story, every breakthrough, and every connection with my clients in Lethbridge. I look forward to continuing this journey, together.
