The inception of Indigo Insight Counselling springs from my own journey through the complexities of life’s challenges. As a child, I found solace in nature, often retreating to quiet spaces where I could reflect and find peace. This affinity set the foundation for my passion for mindfulness techniques. After pursuing education in psychology and mindfulness practices, I realized many in Lethbridge were seeking an authentic and innovative approach to mental well-being. Inspired by this, I established Indigo Insight Counselling to create a safe haven for individuals seeking clarity amid chaos. Each story I encounter fuels my commitment to providing a therapeutic space that respects individuality while encouraging growth.
