Our Story

My journey into holistic counseling began out of a deep personal experience. A few years ago, I faced a period of intense uncertainty and anxiety. Searching for relief, I found solace in yoga and holistic wellness practices, which sparked an epiphany: the integration of mind and body is essential for true healing. This realization transformed my path and led me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, aiming to create a space where others can experience that same peace. Inner Calm Counselling & Yoga was born from my desire to provide something different in Lethbridge—an approach that doesn’t just scratch the surface but digs deep into the interconnectedness of emotions and physicality. I believe that every individual's journey is distinctive, and that understanding each person's narrative lays the foundation for transformative change.
