My journey began not in a classroom but through personal struggles and victories—a story many can relate to. It was through my own experiences of overcoming anxiety and self-doubt that I discovered the transformative power of intentional living. After years of searching for something that truly aligned with my soul, I realized my calling was to help others carve out lives filled with purpose and joy. I started Jinell Little - Life by Design with a firm belief that wellness goes beyond physical health; it encompasses emotional and spiritual well-being as well. My mission has always been rooted in empathy, understanding, and the desire to guide individuals to gain clarity in their lives. Each interaction I have fuels me with inspiration; witness someone break free from their limiting beliefs or step into their true self is what drives my passion. Therefore, every session and workshop is crafted from my authentic experiences and practices that I know work.
