Our Story

My journey toward creating the Grande Prairie Wellness Centre For Weight Loss and Addictions began years before I opened the doors. Growing up in a family that struggled with weight and substance use, I saw the emotional and physical toll this could take. I knew there had to be a better way to approach these challenges. Education and personal experience led me to become a certified wellness coach, emphasizing holistic health. I realized that genuine change comes from understanding one’s emotions and building a sustainable lifestyle, which is why my center is designed to offer both support and practical strategies. The warmth of the community in Grande Prairie is what drives my passion; I want to empower others to break chains and find joy in their wellness journey.
