Triskel Health was born out of a personal journey of healing. After years spent in the corporate world, I found myself increasingly dissatisfied with conventional health solutions that barely scratched the surface. My own experience with chronic stress catalyzed a transformation, leading me to explore the depths of natural health and energy work. With training in various holistic techniques, I returned to Grande Prairie with a mission: to create a space where individuals could come not just for treatment, but for education and empowerment. What sets Triskel Health apart is this commitment; it’s rooted deeply in my own story. I recognize the struggles of seeking balance in a hectic world and have built this practice around understanding and compassion.
