The inception of Mountain View Psychological and Counselling Services is deeply rooted in a passion for mental health advocacy. I remember vividly the moment I realized the profound impact therapists can have on individuals navigating turbulent times in their lives. My goal has always been to create a welcoming space where people feel safe sharing their vulnerabilities. After witnessing firsthand the power of transformation through therapy in my family and community, I decided it was time to open my doors in Grande Prairie. Each day, I am driven by the stories shared with me, reinforcing my belief that the mind can heal, and hope can flourish. My approach is grounded in empathy; I strive to make every client feel understood and guide them toward the personalized strategies that lead to their healing.
