Our Story

The journey of MyoChakra Therapy began as a quest for balance and healing after my own struggles with stress and chronic tension. While I was pursuing my studies as a Registered Massage Therapist, I realized how traditional methods often overlooked the interconnectedness of mind and body. After experimenting with various techniques, I found a passion for integrating my knowledge of massage with holistic practices. This holistic perspective is the foundation of MyoChakra Therapy. My vision was to create a space where clients could escape the demands of everyday life and embark on a personal healing journey. I wanted each individual to feel acknowledged and empowered, not just treated. Establishing my practice in the heart of Grande Prairie has allowed me to connect with an amazing community, sharing wisdom and support. Every day, I am grateful to witness the positive changes my clients experience—transformations that go beyond physical relief and touch their emotional well-being. This is why I do what I do.
