Holistic Health By MK was born from a personal journey through health challenges that awakened my passion for holistic practices. After experiencing how energy work transformed my own life, I began to explore various natural modalities, from Reiki to crystal therapy, and became deeply fascinated by their profound impacts. I wanted to create a safe space for others to explore their healing paths. Each day, I am motivated by the stories of individuals who take that brave step into my practice, seeking to reclaim their vitality. The connection formed during these sessions—where vulnerabilities meet acceptance—fuels my commitment to this work. My clients inspire me, reminding me of the power we all hold in our hands to heal, transform, and grow.
