Our Story

Recovery Room GP began as a dream of mine—a vision of a therapeutic space where individuals could come for healing and rejuvenation. Having experienced the transformative effects of cryotherapy firsthand, I wanted to share this powerful modality with my community in Grande Prairie. I recall my first session, feeling the shock of the cold yet emerging energized and almost euphoric. That sensation made me realize how much potential recovery holds. Every client that steps through our door is treated like family. I am passionate about creating a tailored experience for each person, ensuring they leave not just feeling better but also inspired to maintain their health outside our room. My journey has been one of continuous learning, and every interaction fuels my desire to help others rediscover their vitality.
