Our Story

The vision for FOY Medi Spa was born out of my own struggles with recovery and wellness. Living in Fort McMurray, I often felt drained by the long winters, so I turned to cryotherapy seeking relief. As I experienced its benefits—like reduced inflammation and improved mental clarity—I was inspired to share this gift with others. I began this journey in a small rented space, creating an intimate yet professional atmosphere. Each client I meet reinforces my belief that wellness is deeply personal. Every story shared encourages me to dive deeper into understanding individual needs, making every treatment highly tailored.
