Our Story
Dr. Rochelle Major founded Major Psychology after moving to Edmonton from Regina, Saskatchewan, over 20 years ago. Inspired by existential psychiatrist Viktor Frankl, Dr. Major pursued a career in psychology to help individuals find meaning in their lives. Her academic journey, supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, focused on death anxiety and its behavioral impacts. This research continues to influence her practice, which is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges through a meaningful and existential lens.
